At Dua Beauty Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. That’s why we offer a Free Repair Guarantee for any gel or BIAB manicure or pedicure service within the first 7 days. If you experience any chipping, peeling, or damage within this time frame, simply contact us, and we’ll repair your nails free of charge.

Appointment Scheduling

To ensure the best possible experience, we recommend booking your appointments in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, but availability may vary. You can book your appointment through our website, by phone, or directly at our salon.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may incur a 50% service fee.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late for your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you; however, arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or the need to reschedule your appointment.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds on any treatments or services provided. However, if you are unsatisfied with the result, please let us know before leaving the salon, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
